By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

We deliver to Albion, Ascot, Clayfield, Gordon Park, Hendra, Kedron, Lutwyche, Stafford, Wavell Heights and Wooloowin for no charge. Same day delivery is available Monday to Friday. Orders must be placed prior to 12pm AEST for us to accommodate same day delivery. Residential deliveries will be delivered by 6pm. In relation to business deliveries - it is the customer’s responsibility to inform Coddle and Co of the receivers finishing time if it is before 5:00pm. Additional delivery fees may apply .

If we are given a wrong address we can re-deliver your order for an additional delivery charge. If the recipient is not there at the time of delivery, our experienced specialist flower couriers will leave the flowers in a safe location. If the courier is unable to leave the flowers, we will phone the sender to arrange a new delivery time and an additional delivery fee will apply.

Same day delivery is only available on Saturday if orders are placed prior to 9am AEST. Deliveries will be made before 4pm on Saturdays.
We do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays unless stated otherwise.

If you have an urgent delivery, please contact us directly on (07) 3857 4321 so we can check to see if we can accommodate your request.
For most orders you are able to make a preference of morning (am) or afternoon (pm) delivery.

AM deliveries are made between 9am to 1pm. PM deliveries are made between 1pm to 6pm (residential) and 1pm to 5pm (business).

Whilst Coddle and Co offer the option to preference timed deliveries it is not always possible as we deal with third party courier companies and their timetables and schedules are sometimes out of our control. You will always be notified if the time request cannot be filled so we can work out an alternative that suits you.
Coddle and Co  provides a secure environment for the transfer of your confidential data from your browser using the latest encryption technology with EWAY.


Customers are responsible for providing Coddle and Co with correct addresses and contact details for the recipient.

No responsibility will be taken by Coddle and Co for unsuccessful attempts of delivery due to invalid or incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.

If a re-delivery is required an additional delivery fee will be charged.

If the recipient is not returning to their home, it is not the responsibility of Coddle and Co to provide a replacement delivery or refund.

Coddle and Co do not take responsibility for gifts that have been left with reception or a front desk at a business or hospital and not passed onto the recipient.


All complaints regarding flowers, service and delivery issues need to be reported within 48hours of delivery.  Please call (07) 3857 4321 to discuss your concern.


Alcohol delivery is subject to QLD State liquor laws. You must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Other licensing or delivery restrictions apply.


In the event of a wrong selection or change of mind Coddle & Co. is not required to provide a refund or exchange in compliance with Australian Consumer Law. While we make every effort to provide clear images and descriptions of products, as device monitors vary we cannot guarantee colours of products will be accurate.

In the unlikely event that there is a fault with a product you have purchased we will offer to replace it or repair it. If this is not an option, we will offer an online credit voucher or refund if it is a major fault. All claims for faulty products are assessed on an individual basis. The outcome of the claim is at our discretion. If it is found that a refund is necessary, the refund will be made back to the original payment method (e.g., credit card or gift voucher).

Products on sale are final and cannot be returned to us for a credit voucher, exchange, or refund.

Earrings are not able to be returned due to hygiene reasons.

We will not process returns until the product/s is physically received by Coddle & Co. Returns will take 2-5 business days to process.
